ALL ORGANIC LAWN CARE PROGRAM

A common question that we get asked here at Georgia lawn is: Is your lawn care program 100% organic? And for the longest time we had to explain to customers that NO our program was not 100% organic because there were certain weed species that just no matter what was being applied organically to build the soil profile we could not achieve the desired results with organic weed control methods. All other aspects of the program were organic but the weed control aspect of “organic lawn care” was as synthetic as it gets. What we found when we gave customers this answer is that most said “oh yeah well I need the weeds gone too so thats not really going to work”.

Well things have changed some… We can now offer a separate lawn care program that both focuses on the biology of the soil which in turn builds the health of your lawn AND take care of most weeds in your lawn. There will still be weeds that we can not eradicate with organic lawn care products but for the most part it is possible for us to achieve desired results. The biggest weeds that we will have troubles with are perennials that have extensive root systems that keep regenerating. If you the customer are ok with having these types of weeds in your lawn as long as the rest of the lawn is treated with organic methods then this is the program for you.

WHAT IS ALL INCLUDED IN THE ORGANIC LAWN CARE TREATMENTS?

ALL ORGANIC FERTILIZER

With an all natural organic based lawn treatment program the whole focus on building up the structure of the soil that the grass plant lives in and the microbes that feed the natural cycles of Nitrogen and Carbon. With our program we use 100% local organic nutrient sources that are earth friendly and renewable.

Some of them will include:

Poultry Litter, Alfalfa clippings, Corn Products, Bone, Feather and Blood Meals.

As most things are seasonal so will the nutrient stock that we get our fertilizer from.

Nature has a perfect web of how things coexist and work to help the greater good by each little organism doing its part to impact the grand scale. With our soil amendments they do just that. We utilize all that we can from natural sources that are renewable and local in nature.
